Couples
Couples therapy is designed to strengthen relationships through open communication and understanding. Relationships can be our greatest source of joy — and also our deepest challenges. Couples therapy provides a safe space to communicate more openly, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional intimacy. Whether you’re facing a specific crisis or simply want to reconnect, I help you work through patterns that get in the way of a healthy, loving relationship.

Workshops
I facilitate small-group workshops that provide a safe, engaging environment to explore topics like emotional regulation, resilience, self-compassion, and inner child healing. Workshops are interactive, practical, and designed to leave you with tools you can immediately apply in your daily life. These experiential sessions provide a nurturing environment for participants to connect with their inner selves, promoting personal growth and collective healing.
